OmegaLtd currently ships eligible orders to addresses in the United States.

1. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States. Any exception or charge shown clearly at checkout controls for that order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, verification reviews, or events outside our reasonable control.

3. Estimated Transit Time

After an order is handed to the carrier, estimated standard transit is 4–6 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include carrier delays, weather events, weekends, federal holidays, address issues, or other events beyond our control.

4. Address Accuracy

We will try to help before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been handed to a carrier.

5. Delivery Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed order, see our Refund Policy and contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. For carrier delays or delivery questions, include your order number when contacting us.
